I’m Alex, a platform engineer and engineering leader based in Stockholm. I write about software development, leadership, platform engineering, books, and whatever else catches my curiosity.

By day I build internal developer platforms, wrangle Kubernetes clusters or lead teams. My background is in programming, but over the last decade I’ve shifted toward infrastructure and platform engineering, and led teams at Klarna and Platform24, and also consulted for Volvo Cars, Qlik and others.
